Nearly all foreign visitors, including most African nationalities, must obtain a mandatory eVisa before travel. Reporting indicates a small visa-exempt list of CEMAC members (Chad, Central African Republic, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Congo) plus Nigeria and Mali.
It's required for african nationalities outside the small exempt list.
