Apply online first
33 countries
All others: Algeria, Angola, Botswana, Burundi, Central African Republic, Chad, Comoros, Congo, Djibouti, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Eswatini
Apply and pay online. In about 3 days you get an approval letter by email. Show it to your airline to board, and the visa is put in your passport at Monrovia airport.
Embassy visa first
6 countries
Cameroon, DR Congo, Egypt, Ethiopia, Morocco, South Africa
Liberia has an embassy in these countries, so their citizens must apply there, not online.

Good to know

Every visitor needs a yellow fever vaccination card (the yellow certificate you get when you have the vaccine).
