Checked. Comoros issues a visa on arrival to every nationality, African or otherwise, for a maximum stay of 45 days. There is no exemption list and no e-Visa or pre-travel authorisation system.
It's required for nothing before travel; a visa on arrival is required of everyone at the port of entry.
The fee is EUR 30.
Good to know
A useful control alongside Rwanda and The Gambia: Comoros is open to literally everyone in the same way, just via a fee-charging on-arrival visa rather than a free pass.
