Privacy Policy

What we collect
The only personal information we collect directly is what you choose to give us: your name, email address, the topic you selected and your message when you use the Inquire form, or your name and email address when you subscribe to our newsletter. We do not have user accounts.
We keep anonymous analytics on how the site is used: which pages are viewed, the domain a visitor came from, general device type and country. This uses no cookies and never stores your IP address, so it can never be tied back to you. To count how many different people visit, rather than just how many times, we also keep a separate scrambled code that stays the same for a device across days. It only tells us "this is the same anonymous visitor as before." It never reveals who that visitor is, and it cannot be turned back into your IP address or any other personal information.
Our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical data for every visitor, such as IP address and browser type, purely for security and performance purposes. This is normal for any website and is not tied to your identity.
How we use it
Inquire form submissions are sent directly to our inbox so we can read and respond to you. We use the topic you select only to route your message to the right person internally. Newsletter details are used to send you the emails you signed up for. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Advertising
This site shows ads served by Google. Google and its advertising partners use cookies and similar technology on this site to serve ads and measure how they perform, and this may include ads based on your visits to this site and others. This is separate from the anonymous analytics described above.
You can see and adjust the data Google uses for ads, and opt out of personalized advertising, in Google's Ad Settings. You can also read how Google uses data from sites that use its services.
Third-party services
We use a third-party form-processing service to deliver Inquire form submissions to our email. That service briefly handles your message in transit; it does not appear elsewhere on the site or get stored in a database we control.
We use a third-party email service to send our newsletter and to store the name and email address you provide when you subscribe. Their own privacy practices apply to that step.
Style Vault (stylevault.app) and Style Mirror (stylemirror.org) are separate products with their own applications and, where applicable, their own privacy policies. This policy covers riascolony.org only.
Aerial Connect inquiries from tourism boards, governments and businesses are handled the same way as other Inquire form submissions and are covered under this policy.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Since the only information we hold is what you send us directly, this is as simple as reaching out through our Inquire page.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Ria's Colony grows, particularly as Aerial View and community features launch. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
