Found a weak spot on one of our sites or apps? Thank you for telling us first.
What this covers
- riascolony.org, Ria's Colony School (school.riascolony.org), Tales by Moonlight (talesbymoonlight.riascolony.org) and the African Ambassador and Tales by Moonlight apps on the App Store and Google Play.
- Style Vault and Style Mirror run on their own sites. You can still write to us about them and we will pass it on.
How to tell us
- Email support@riascolony.org with "Security" in the subject line. Tell us which page or app it is, what you did, what happened, and how we can see it for ourselves. Screenshots help.
- Please give us time to fix it before you tell anyone else or post about it.
Please don't
- Look at, change or delete other people's accounts or data. Use a test account of your own instead.
- Slow the sites down or knock them over, send spam, or try to trick our team or users.
- Keep any personal data you come across. If you see some by accident, stop there and tell us.
What we will do
- Reply within 5 working days to say we got your report.
- Keep you posted while we look into it and tell you when it is fixed.
- Not take legal action against you if you report in good faith and follow this page.
- Thank you by name on this page once it is fixed, if you would like that. We are a small team and don't pay rewards for reports.
If something goes wrong on our side
- If a problem ever puts your account or personal data at risk, we will email the people affected and write a short note on our What's new page saying what happened and what we changed.
