1. Appointment Setter
Base salary + 5% commission on closed deals
We’re looking for an Appointment Setter who can identify potential clients, start conversations, qualify prospects and book quality meetings for our sales team.
What you’ll do:

2. Appointment Closer
Base salary + 10% commission on closed deals
The Appointment Closer will take qualified prospects from the appointment stage through the final sales conversation and close suitable deals.
What you’ll do:

Take sales calls with qualified prospects

Understand the prospect’s needs and business challenges

Present the appropriate Ria’s Colony solution

Handle questions and objections
-
Communicate value and pricing confidently

Follow up with warm prospects

Negotiate where necessary

Close qualified opportunities

Keep records of sales conversations and outcomes
What we’re looking for:

Previous sales or business development experience

Strong verbal communication and listening skills

Confidence leading sales conversations

Ability to ask good questions and understand client needs

3. SEO Writer
Volunteer role + allowance
We’re looking for a volunteer writer to support our editorial and content work.
This is a support role. You won’t be expected to carry the entire editorial operation. You’ll assist with research, writing and content development while gaining practical experience.
